Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or related industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Excellent customer service skills
- Capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Oversee all hotel operations to ensure efficient and profitable business
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor and maintain high standards for customer service and facility maintenance
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and expense control
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase hotel visibility and bookings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
