Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years' relevant experience in a leadership or mentor role in education preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Availability to work on-site Monday-Friday
  • Must pass pre-employment background investigation

Job Duties

  • Manage secondary admissions through admissions coordinator(s) at site manager's home site
  • Oversee the execution of campus events including new student orientation, information sessions, job fairs, grad parties, and GCU Live
  • Manage general site operations at hybrid location, maintaining relationships with university contacts
  • Assist site director with operational site budget and event budget and communicate foreseen variances
  • Manage operational aspects of sites including student services, computer lab, ordering, schedules, hours in partnership with nursing leadership
  • Maintain relationships with local vendors and review rental agreements for off-campus events
  • Collaborate with IT and ISP to provide and maintain internet circuits at remote sites
  • Serve as emergency contact for office hour issues and primary contact for operational support and related technology
