Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years' relevant experience in a leadership or mentor role in education preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability to work on-site Monday-Friday
- Must pass pre-employment background investigation

Job Duties
- Manage secondary admissions through admissions coordinator(s) at site manager's home site
- Oversee the execution of campus events including new student orientation, information sessions, job fairs, grad parties, and GCU Live
- Manage general site operations at hybrid location, maintaining relationships with university contacts
- Assist site director with operational site budget and event budget and communicate foreseen variances
- Manage operational aspects of sites including student services, computer lab, ordering, schedules, hours in partnership with nursing leadership
- Maintain relationships with local vendors and review rental agreements for off-campus events
- Collaborate with IT and ISP to provide and maintain internet circuits at remote sites
- Serve as emergency contact for office hour issues and primary contact for operational support and related technology
