Job Requirements
- Ability to bend and/or kneel up to 10 percent of the time
- ability to lift, reach, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds and up to 50 percent of the time
- ability to stand and walk up to 90 percent of the time
- ability to work outside during all seasons of the year
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and methods
- basic proficiency using hand tools such as blowers, rakes and brooms
- ability to drive a cart safely and efficiently

Job Duties
- Pick up and dispose of trash, litter and debris
- replace liners as needed and clean containers
- blow and/or sweep entrances, sidewalks and ramps
- remove spills and stains from entrances and sidewalks
- remove cigarette butts and clean ash trays as needed
- help clean and prepare vehicles for next service day including inspecting equipment before use to ensure proper and safe operation and reporting problems to the Crew Leader and/or Supervisor
- responsible for identifying and reporting unsafe work conditions or practices to the Crew Leader and/or Supervisor
