Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • CPR certification
  • 3-5 years’ experience working with children with ASD
  • Knowledge of ABA assessment and intervention
  • Effective communication skills
  • Physical ability for bending, kneeling, walking and travel
  • Ability to pass post-offer physical and TB test
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to obtain and maintain fingerprint clearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment
  • Ability to pass drug testing required by employer

Job Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in psychology, early childhood education or related field
  • Must possess and maintain a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Must possess and maintain current CPR certification
  • Typically requires 3-5 years experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Expertise in applied behavior analysis assessment and intervention techniques
  • Excellent clinical and administrative skills
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of formal behavior management safety course
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to interact well with participants and families
  • Ability to interpret and implement organizational policies
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment and maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Conduct applied behavior analysis assessments using applicable tools
  • Produce reports based on accurate data and assessment information to determine program eligibility
  • Schedule and conduct multiple assessment appointments with families both in home and community settings
  • Review treatment overview, processes, and expectations with families
  • Submit final ABA assessment report using approved case templates
  • Ensure reports are submitted on time each month
  • Track and submit mileage through scheduling system
  • Document appointments and administrative time in MyEvolv
  • Protect participant confidentiality by purging files in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Stay abreast of ABA assessment and evaluation techniques via ongoing training
  • Perform other duties supporting service line goals
  • Occasionally travel to various regions, fully compensated for hotel and mileage
