Job Requirements
- Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2-4 years of production operating experience
- Ability to work 14 days on, 14 days off schedule
- Compliance with 30 CFR operating limits and regulations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2-4 years of production operating experience
- Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred
- 5+ years production operating experience with some deepwater experience on production platform preferred
Job Duties
- Monitoring and controlling the remote operation of subsea wells and production systems
- Performing emergency corrective action as required
- Operating in compliance with 30 CFR operating limits, regulations, standards, procedures and codes
- Maintain appropriate records and submit reports as required
- Work effectively in a team environment to monitor, log, resolve, and escalate operational and safety issues
- Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety regulations
- Assist with additional projects as requested by supervisor
- Operate, maintain and repair facility equipment and quarters daily including housekeeping, parts and material storage, record keeping, shipping and receiving
- Operate, monitor, test and maintain all process equipment and safety devices from wellhead to sales line
- Monitor performance of personnel, wells and production equipment to maximize recovery, calculate daily rates, perform well testing, report production information, determine condensate gravity and water salinity, and troubleshoot to optimize sales quality and quantity of gas, oil, and condensate
