Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum 10 years progressive hospitality or related industry experience
- Leadership experience in operations and revenue/retail management
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel out-of-state 2-3 times annually
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to operate computers and keyboards
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Controlled allergies related to animals or plants
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hospitality, for-profit attractions, theme parks, museums, or sports franchises with leadership and operations responsibilities
- Strong retail business acumen
- Exceptional leadership and team motivation skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quick to adopt new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work weekend days and holidays

Job Duties
- Develop and implement annual revenue plans to ensure business unit targets are met
- Manage revenue development and expenses for all retail business units including gift shop, photo, and lessee sales
- Oversee expense management for front-of-house operating units such as guest services, safety, parking, and housekeeping
- Manage food and beverage profit and loss in partnership with Aramark concessions and catering
- Monitor and report on business unit performance with strategic recommendations for KPI attainment
- Oversee third-party partners including security, landscaping, housekeeping, and parking services
- Drive revenue and profit growth through research and development of new revenue-generating concepts
- Engage in strategic planning to align operations and revenue with long-term property goals
- Foster collaboration and service excellence to achieve cross-functional objectives and enhance guest satisfaction
- Partner with executive and divisional revenue teams at other Herschend properties to implement best practices
- Model guest advocacy and translate guest needs into business opportunities
- Deliver exceptional guest service that exceeds expectations
- Lead and cultivate a team focused on creating memorable visitor experiences.
