Job Requirements
- High school education or GED required
- A&P license
- Knowledge of inspection procedures set forth in FAR Part 145 is required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, phase inspection, or relevant aircraft maintenance experience required
- Preferred minimum 1 year experience on Cessna, Hawker, or Beechcraft aircraft

Job Duties
- Perform diagnostic and mechanical duties on various aircraft models, including disassembly, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems
- Ensure work is completed timely and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Check, correct, or replace complex aircraft assemblies and systems
- Ensure compliance with FAR 43 documentation requirements while maintaining accurate written reports in logs and inspection documents
- Order and obtain necessary parts for aircraft repairs, ensuring cores are returned per established procedures
- Ensure all maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations, or specialized services comply with Quality Control procedures while monitoring the work environment and correcting unsafe acts
- Work as part of a team to meet customer expectations, assisting mechanics and avionic technicians as needed
- Assist the Lead MST in inspecting, maintaining, and servicing equipment and tooling in the mobile service vehicle
- Ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition, with proper fluid levels, tire pressures, and other necessary inspections and repairs
