Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • currently enrolled in the University of Alaska system with at least six credit hours or have been enrolled the prior semester and plan to enroll in the upcoming semester
  • minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
  • good academic and disciplinary standing
  • ability to work evenings and weekends
  • basic computer literacy
  • ability to handle cash accurately
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • enrolled in the University of Alaska system with a minimum of six credit hours
  • maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
  • good academic and disciplinary standing
  • basic computer knowledge
  • excellent communication skills
  • prior experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Sell tickets for events at the Alaska Airlines Center
  • handle and reconcile cash transactions accurately
  • communicate professionally with customers
  • provide information about ticket availability and event details
  • work evening and weekend shifts as required
  • operate ticketing and point-of-sale systems
  • maintain an orderly and welcoming ticket office environment
