Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- currently enrolled in the University of Alaska system with at least six credit hours or have been enrolled the prior semester and plan to enroll in the upcoming semester
- minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
- good academic and disciplinary standing
- ability to work evenings and weekends
- basic computer literacy
- ability to handle cash accurately
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- enrolled in the University of Alaska system with a minimum of six credit hours
- maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
- good academic and disciplinary standing
- basic computer knowledge
- excellent communication skills
- prior experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Sell tickets for events at the Alaska Airlines Center
- handle and reconcile cash transactions accurately
- communicate professionally with customers
- provide information about ticket availability and event details
- work evening and weekend shifts as required
- operate ticketing and point-of-sale systems
- maintain an orderly and welcoming ticket office environment
