Job Duties

  • Lead and instruct the kitchen team to ensure effective organization and staff motivation
  • Participate in menu development to uphold culinary standards and innovation
  • Ensure consistency and quality of all dishes served
  • Support and represent the Executive Chef and A La Carte Head Chef in staff leadership, communication, training, and administrative duties
  • Manage staff scheduling effectively according to business needs
  • Promote brand standards through team training and performance evaluations
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with HACCP regulations and Hilton standards
  • Practice environmentally conscious working methods
