Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in food & beverage leadership roles
- Experience managing multi-outlet or large-scale food and beverage operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build staff
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Commitment to high standards of hospitality and regulatory compliance
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in food & beverage leadership, preferably in multi-outlet or hospitality environments
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or upscale restaurant groups preferred
- Strong operational knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and labor controls
- Proven track record of building teams and delivering high-quality guest experiences
- Experience in structured, systems-driven environments
- Comfortable working in a startup or ground-up build environment
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and oversight of all food & beverage operations across multiple dining venues
- Build, hire, and develop the full dining and culinary leadership team
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef to ensure quality and execution
- Implement operational systems including POS, inventory controls, and processes
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor management
- Drive hospitality standards and enhance resident dining experience
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Manage budgets, purchasing, and cost controls
- Maintain a strong, visible leadership presence across the community
