Job Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Previous deli experience is preferred
- SERV Safe Certification is preferred
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs especially during times of high volume and/or stress
- Must be able to read and do simple math problems
- Wants to be part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Greet customers within 10 feet and respond to questions promptly
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations
- Create weekly schedules to ensure department coverage
- Train staff on store procedures and operational standards
- Manage inventory for freshness, quality, and proper stock levels while minimizing waste
- Verify deliveries against invoices for accuracy and condition, submit required reports and maintain accurate records
- Ensure correct pricing based on margin guidelines and department goals
