Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred
  • willingness to follow and enforce company policies strictly
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to handle cash and inventory management responsibly

Job Duties

  • manage all activities during your shift including cost controls inventory control cash control and customer relations
  • set a strong example by strictly following all company policies and procedures
  • lead and motivate your team to maintain high standards of food safety and customer service
  • oversee inventory and cash transactions to ensure accuracy and accountability
  • handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • ensure a clean and safe working environment for all staff
  • support training and development of team members to uphold operational excellence
