Job Duties
- manage shift operations including cost controls inventory control and cash control
- maintain excellent customer relations
- enforce company policies and procedures 100 percent of the time
- lead and motivate team members during the shift
- ensure compliance with food safety and team member protocols
- handle cash and sales transactions accurately
- oversee inventory and reorder supplies as needed
