Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to follow company policies and procedures strictly
- experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- capability to manage cost and inventory controls
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- commitment to team development and customer satisfaction

Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts
- manage cost controls, including inventory and cash handling

- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- support training and development of staff
