Job Duties
- oversee shift operations including all cost controls and inventory management
- manage cash handling and maintain accurate financial records
- ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- foster excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly
- set a positive example and lead the team by demonstrating food safety and team member protocols
- coordinate with team members to maintain efficient and smooth store operations
- assist in training and developing new employees
