Job Duties
- manage shift operations including cost controls inventory control and cash control
- maintain strong customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction
- enforce company policies and procedures 100 percent compliance
- set a positive example for crew members and lead by example
- supervise and train team members on food safety and team member protocols
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- handle cash and financial transactions accurately
