Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to follow all company policies and procedures strictly
- experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- manage all aspects of shift operations including cost control, oversee inventory management and cash handling, ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, maintain excellent customer relations and service quality, lead and motivate team members to meet performance standards, enforce food safety and team member safety protocols, handle issues and conflicts during shifts effectively
