Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in floor care or custodial work is a plus
- ability to read and comprehend English instructions
- physical ability to perform heavy work including lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently
- good balance and coordination
- ability to perform repetitive motions and physical activities such as climbing, pushing, standing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping

Job Duties
- Dust mops floors
- wet mops floors
- vacuums floors
- periodically polishes floors using buffing machines according to procedures
- strips and refinishes floors
- shampoos carpets according to procedures
- maintains and stores equipment in a safe and clean condition
- reports equipment malfunctions in a timely manner
