Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to handle multiple responsibilities during busy shifts

- ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
- legal eligibility to work in the country

Job Duties
- manage daily shift operations including team leadership and task delegation
- oversee cost controls, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
- enforce company policies and maintain high standards of food safety and customer service
- train and motivate crew members to ensure excellent performance
- handle customer interactions and resolve any issues promptly
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during shifts
- assist in staff scheduling and maintaining operational efficiency
