- prior experience in food service or retail management

- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- manage shift operations including cost controls inventory control cash control and customer relations
- ensure all policy and procedures are followed 100 percent of the time
- set an example for team members through leadership and professionalism
- monitor and enforce food safety protocols and team member guidelines
- handle customer service issues effectively and professionally
- oversee crew performance and motivate staff
- participate in training and development activities for continuous improvement
