Job Duties
- manage all operations during your shift including cost controls inventory control cash control and customer relations
- set an example by following all company policies and procedures strictly
- lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of food safety and customer service
- monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to prevent shortages
- handle cash deposits and manage register transactions accurately
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
