Job Duties
- manage the shift operations including cost controls and cash management
- maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
- ensure compliance with all company policies and food safety protocols
- provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints
- lead and motivate team members to perform their roles effectively
- set a positive example by following all procedures 100 percent of the time
- assist in training new employees and supporting continuous team development
