Job Duties
- oversee all activities during the shift including cost control, inventory control, and cash control
- maintain excellent customer relations and set the example for the team
- enforce adherence to all company policies and procedures 100 percent of the time
- lead and motivate crew members to uphold food safety and customer service standards
- manage scheduling and shift assignments to ensure efficient operation
- monitor food quality and safety protocols
- address and resolve any operational issues promptly
