Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • prior experience in leadership preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
  • ability to follow detailed operational procedures
  • commitment to maintaining food safety standards

Job Duties

  • oversee all activities during the shift including cost control, inventory control, and cash control
  • maintain excellent customer relations and set the example for the team
  • enforce adherence to all company policies and procedures 100 percent of the time
  • lead and motivate crew members to uphold food safety and customer service standards
  • manage scheduling and shift assignments to ensure efficient operation
  • monitor food quality and safety protocols
  • address and resolve any operational issues promptly
