Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 737NG type rating
- Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot certificate with a multiengine rating unless former military pilot, in which case Commercial Pilot certificate with instrument rating and FAA issued B-737 type rating
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Multi-Engine Instructor Certificate (MEI)
- Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII)
- Minimum 2,500 hours total pilot time minimum 1,500 for former military pilots
- 250 hours night flight time
- 75 hours actual or simulated instrument time with 50 hours actual flight
- Minimum 500 hours turbojet experience including 100 hours in last 12 months and 50 hours in turbojet aircraft or level C/D simulator
- 500 hours Pilot in Command time in jet aircraft in preceding three years
- 300 hours Pilot-in-Command on B-737NG
- 350 hours turbine engine instructor or check pilot time
- Minimum Second-Class Medical Certificate
- Ability to work irregular hours including some weekends and overnight flights
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Good vision correctable to 20/20
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Sufficient strength and dexterity to operate aircraft controls and emergency systems
Job Qualifications

- Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot certificate with a multiengine rating, or Commercial Pilot certificate with an instrument rating and FAA issued B-737 type rating for former military pilots
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Multi-Engine Instructor Certificate (MEI)
- Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII)
- Minimum 2,500 hours total pilot time (1,500 for former military pilots) including 250 night hours, 75 hours of actual or simulated instrument time with 50 hours actual flight
- Minimum 500 hours turbojet experience with 100 hours in the past 12 months including 50 hours in turbojet aircraft or level C/D simulator
- 500 hours Pilot in Command time in Jet Aircraft within preceding three years
- 300 hours Pilot-in-Command on the B-737NG
- 350 hours turbine engine instructor or check pilot time
- Minimum Second-Class Medical Certificate
- Preferred Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from four-year college or university
- Prior Instructor Pilot experience in the US Military
Job Duties
- Provide subject matter expertise to customer pilots on the operation of the Boeing 737NG aircraft
- Ability to serve as Pilot-in-Command on Boeing 737NG aircraft
- Assist with pre-flight planning including weather assessment, fuel requirements, weight and balance, and route analysis
- Ensure compliance with FAA and Public Use Aircraft regulations
- Coordinate with ground crew, air traffic control, and dispatch to ensure timely departures and arrivals
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections to verify airworthiness
- Ensure adherence to company safety protocols, irregular, and emergency procedures
- Maintain currency in company aircraft and adhere to flight department policies and procedure
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot
