Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 737NG type rating
  • Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot certificate with multiengine rating or Commercial Pilot certificate with instrument rating and FAA-issued B-737 type rating for former military pilots
  • Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
  • Multi-engine Instructor Certificate (MEI)
  • Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII)
  • Minimum 2,500 hours total pilot time or 1,500 for former military pilots with required night and instrument flight time
  • Minimum 500 hours turbojet experience including recent flight hours as specified
  • 500 hours Pilot in Command jet aircraft time within last three years
  • 300 hours Pilot-in-Command on B-737NG
  • 350 hours turbine engine instructor or check pilot time
  • Minimum of a Second-Class Medical Certificate
  • Ability to work irregular hours including some weekends and overnight flights
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Good vision correctable to 20/20 and hearing as required by FAA standards
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday with flying up to 8-hour missions

  • Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
  • Multi-engine Instructor Certificate (MEI)
  • Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII)
  • Minimum 2,500 hours total pilot time (1,500 if former military pilot operating multiengine aircraft not limited to centerline thrust) with 250 hours night, 75 hours actual or simulated instrument time including 50 hours actual flight
  • Minimum 500 hours turbojet experience with 100 hours in past 12 months including 50 hours in turbojet aircraft or level C or D simulator
  • 500 hours Pilot in Command time in Jet Aircraft within last three years
  • 300 hours Pilot-in-Command on the B-737NG
  • 350 hours turbine engine instructor or check pilot time
  • Minimum of a Second-Class Medical Certificate

Job Duties

  • Provide subject matter expertise to customer pilots on the operation of the Boeing 737NG aircraft as required by the customer
  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Boeing 737NG aircraft as required by the customer
  • Assist with pre-flight planning including weather assessment, fuel requirements, weight and balance, and route analysis when required
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Public Use Aircraft regulations
  • Coordinate with ground crew, air traffic control, and dispatch to ensure timely departures and arrivals
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections to verify airworthiness
  • Ensure adherence to company safety protocols, irregular, and emergency procedures
  • Maintain currency in company aircraft and adhere to flight department policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot
