Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 737NG type rating
  • Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot certificate with a multiengine rating, unless a former military pilot, then Commercial Pilot certificate with instrument rating and FAA issued B-737 type rating
  • Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
  • Multi-Engine Instructor Certificate (MEI)
  • Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII)
  • Minimum 2,500 hours total pilot time or 1,500 if a former military pilot, including night, instrument, and actual flight hours
  • Minimum 500 hours turbojet experience with recent flight time
  • 500 hours Pilot in Command time in jet aircraft within the last three years
  • 300 hours PIC on the B-737NG
  • 350 hours turbine engine instructor or check pilot time
  • Second-Class Medical Certificate

Job Qualifications

  • Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
  • Multi-Engine Instructor Certificate (MEI)
  • Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII)
  • Minimum 2,500 hours total pilot time (1,500 if a former military pilot), including 250 hours night, 75 hours actual or simulated instrument time with at least 50 hours actual flight
  • Minimum 500 hours turbojet experience with at least 100 hours turbojet flight time in the past 12 calendar months
  • 500 hours acquired within the preceding three years as Pilot in Command time in jet aircraft
  • 300 hours Pilot-in-Command on the B-737NG
  • 350 hours turbine engine instructor or check pilot time
  • Minimum of a Second-Class Medical Certificate
  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from a four-year college or university preferred
  • Prior Instructor Pilot in the US Military preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide subject matter expertise to customer pilots on the operation of the Boeing 737NG aircraft as required by the customer
  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Boeing 737NG aircraft as required by the customer
  • Assist with pre-flight planning, including weather assessment, fuel requirements, weight and balance, and route analysis when required
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Public Use Aircraft regulations
  • Coordinate with ground crew, air traffic control, and dispatch to ensure timely departures and arrivals
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections to verify airworthiness
  • Ensure adherence to company safety protocols, irregular, and emergency procedures
  • Maintain currency in company aircraft and adhere to flight department policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot
