Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 737NG type rating
- Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot certificate with multiengine rating (or Commercial Pilot certificate with instrument rating and FAA B-737 type rating for former military pilots)
- Commercial Pilot License
- Multi-Engine Instructor Certificate
- Certified Flight Instructor Instrument
- Minimum 2,500 hours total pilot time (1,500 for former military pilots) including 250 hours night, 75 hours instrument time with 50 hours actual flight
- Minimum 500 hours turbojet experience with 100 hours in past 12 months including 50 hours in turbojet aircraft or level C or D simulator
- 500 hours Pilot-in-Command time in Jet Aircraft within last 3 years
- 300 hours Pilot-in-Command on B-737NG
- 350 hours turbine engine instructor or check pilot time
- Minimum Second-Class Medical Certificate

- Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Multi-Engine Instructor Certificate (MEI)
- Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII)
- Minimum 2,500 hours total pilot time (1,500 for former military pilots) including 250 hours night, 75 hours actual or simulated instrument time with at least 50 hours actual flight
- Minimum 500 hours turbojet experience with 100 hours in the past 12 months including 50 hours in a turbojet aircraft or level C or D simulator
- 500 hours Pilot in Command time in Jet Aircraft within the preceding three years
- 300 hours Pilot-in-Command on the B-737NG
- 350 hours turbine engine instructor or check pilot time
- Minimum Second-Class Medical Certificate
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from a four-year college or university preferred
- Prior Instructor Pilot experience in the US Military preferred
Job Duties
- Provide subject matter expertise to customer pilots on the operation of the Boeing 737NG aircraft as required by the customer
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command on Boeing 737NG aircraft as required by the customer
- Assist with pre-flight planning including weather assessment, fuel requirements, weight and balance, and route analysis when required by the customer
- Ensure compliance with FAA and Public Use Aircraft regulations
- Coordinate with ground crew, air traffic control, and dispatch to ensure timely departures and arrivals
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections to verify airworthiness
- Ensure adherence to company safety protocols, irregular, and emergency procedures
- Maintain currency in company aircraft and adhere to flight department policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot
