Job Requirements
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel full-service restaurant catering facility or club environment required
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift
- Exposure to variable temperatures
- May be required to work in narrow spaces
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel full-service restaurant catering facility or club environment
- Previous experience as a club runner preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days evenings holidays weekends and events
Job Duties
- Prepare the club and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival including those ordered in advance of the event
- Anticipate guests' needs suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed including checking for identification before serving alcohol
- Maintain suite orderliness and cleanliness throughout the event
- Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred
