Job Requirements

  • No high school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel full-service restaurant catering facility or club environment required
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift
  • Exposure to variable temperatures
  • May be required to work in narrow spaces

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel full-service restaurant catering facility or club environment
  • Previous experience as a club runner preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days evenings holidays weekends and events

Job Duties

  • Prepare the club and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival including those ordered in advance of the event
  • Anticipate guests' needs suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
  • Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed including checking for identification before serving alcohol
  • Maintain suite orderliness and cleanliness throughout the event
  • Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred
