Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in retail or customer service is an asset
- ability to operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and buffers
- physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting and prolonged standing
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- commitment to upholding company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

- Strong communication skills including verbal and written
- excellent customer service skills
- retail customer experience preferred
- capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor care equipment

Job Duties
- Maintain floor care cleanliness standards including operating scrubber and buffer
- dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows
- uphold organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards across sales floor, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms
- adhere to health and safety policies including refilling essential lounge, restroom, and front end items
- cross-train in multiple store areas such as backroom, front end, and sales floor
- support front end coverage as needed
- follow merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- participate in store recovery throughout the day
- comply with operational and loss prevention controls including shrink reduction
- communicate effectively with management and associates
- follow labor laws, policies, and break period procedures
- promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
- perform other duties as assigned
