Job Requirements
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs
- Availability on one weekend day Saturday or Sunday is required
- Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management
- Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic math skills
- Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude
- Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed
- Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals
Job Duties
- Serving our customers and community empathetically to understand their needs through clear communication
- Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions
- Consistently prepare high-quality products precisely to companys recipes and each customers needs
- Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills
- Adhering to safety policies and procedures including security and handling equipment
- Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and fulfilling job requirements for the duration
- Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members
