Job Requirements
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs
- Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
- Ability to work collaboratively to meet store needs
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude
- Proficiency in basic math skills
- Flexibility to perform many different tasks during each shift
- Capacity to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Capability to adhere to supervisor and management instructions
- Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals

Job Duties
- Serve customers empathetically to understand their needs through clear communication
- Ensure accurate processing of cash and card transactions
- Prepare high-quality products consistently according to company recipes and customer preferences
- Adapt and follow instructions with adequate comprehension skills
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures including equipment handling and first in, first out protocols
- Report to work punctually for each scheduled shift and fulfill job requirements during the shift
- Communicate effectively and proactively with management and team members
- Perform all tasks assigned by supervisors
- Develop familiarity with all drink recipes, ratios, and measurement details
