Job Requirements
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs
- Availability on one weekend day (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) is required
- Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management

Job Duties
- Interacting with customers effectively and empathetically to understand their needs through clear communication
- Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions
- Consistently preparing high-quality products based on company recipes and customer preferences
- Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills
- Adhering to safety policies and procedures including security and equipment handling
- Reporting to work on time for each scheduled shift and fulfilling job requirements
- Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members
- Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
