Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- valid driver’s license
- willingness to relocate
- ability to work minimum 40 hours per week
- team-oriented mindset

Job Duties
- Learn side-by-side with seasoned Stand Managers on real shifts
- master operational fundamentals including inventory, labor scheduling, guest service, and cash handling
- build leadership confidence by learning how to train, coach, and develop a team
- shadow and step into the Stand Manager role when needed
- participate in evaluations, assessments, and feedback loops
- become a culture carrier and role model for 7 Brew’s signature vibe and values
