Job Requirements
- Be prompt and reliable for scheduled shifts
- No use of drugs or alcohol on duty
- Adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines
- Prohibit cell phone use while on duty
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 55 pounds
- Be at least 16 years old or meet local employment age requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions

Job Duties
- Be a people person and meet the public pleasantly
- Maintain neat and clean appearance with approved uniform and grooming standards
- Greet customers promptly and provide a pleasant experience
- Accurately process customer orders and deliver them efficiently
- Learn and perform duties at all work stations
- Keep dining and kitchen areas clean, stocked, and sanitary
- Follow all health and safety rules and report any problems to supervisors
