Job Requirements
- Be a "people person" with pleasant speech and demeanor
- Adhere to approved uniform and grooming standards
- Be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic
- No use of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco on premises
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines strictly
- Prohibited use of cell phones while on duty
- Willingness to report issues to supervisors promptly
- Ability to lift moderate to heavy items and conduct cleaning duties
- Must be able to work in person at the restaurant location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers and team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various workstations and duties
- Good physical stamina to perform lifting and cleaning tasks
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Be a "people person" and maintain a neat, clean appearance adhering to uniform and grooming standards
- Greet customers promptly and provide a pleasant and efficient service experience
- Initiate, complete, and assemble customer orders quickly and accurately
- Learn and perform duties across all workstations including order processing, cash handling, and food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health, safety, and food handling standards and guidelines
