Job Duties
- Greet all customers entering the store professionally
- Direct customers to the appropriate store areas
- Check all bags thoroughly ensuring no opened food or drinks enter the store
- Maintain constant communication with store management and loss prevention via radio
- Verify employee purchases to ensure valid receipts for all merchandise
- Monitor and direct customers with packages to check their items
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining store safety and security
