Job Description
This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant located at 3133 W US Highway 90, Lake City, FL, 32055, which is owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald's USA. Although the franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, it operates as a separate company with full control over employment matters such as hiring, firing, disciplining, supervising, staffing, and scheduling employees. This distinction means that if hired, an employee's direct employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, thus all employment decisions and processes are managed solely by the franchisee.
