This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant located at 1381 S 6TH ST, Macclenny, FL, operated by an independent franchisee. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's locations, this establishment is owned and managed by a licensed franchisee, a separate business entity distinct from McDonald's USA. This franchisee utilizes McDonald's branding, products, and operational standards under license but maintains full control over all employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and employee discipline.
