Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
willingness to learn and take on different retail tasks
ability to stand for long periods
ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
excellent verbal communication skills
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
effective communication skills
customer service experience is a plus
ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
basic proficiency with technology and retail systems
teamwork and collaboration skills
problem-solving ability

Job Duties

Build rapport with customers
display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
respond to customer questions in an effective manner
stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products
work across various departments including meat, seafood, bakery, deli, and grocery
