Job Duties
- Work alongside and assist the eKids Coordinator in preparing and facilitating all aspects of Sunday morning eKids (birth–5th grade)
- Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, and caring for a growing team of volunteers
- Communicate clearly and effectively in a positive way with volunteers
- Assist in preparing Sunday content and activities using curriculum resources
- Build relationships with eKids families, providing care and communication both on Sundays and throughout the week
- Assist with maintaining volunteer records, ensuring background checks and safety standards are up-to-date
- Assist in creating and maintaining safe, engaging environments for kids to learn about Jesus
- Assist in planning and facilitating eKids special events
- Participate in staff, campus and team meetings
- Other duties as assigned
