Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work seven days a week including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
- ability to manage inventory and budget
- prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not mandatory
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
