Job Duties
- work part-time or full-time hours with weekend and evening availability
- orchestrate the spa guest schedule using a computer software program
- facilitate spa sales goals by providing gift card and retail recommendations and being knowledgeable about all treatments
- ensure a positive and consistent guest experience
- support the Spa Director to ensure the spa runs smoothly
- be extremely organized and pay attention to detail
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- provide personal attention to the guest from arrival to departure
- educate guests on the Woodhouse Experience with a warm welcome and introduction to amenities
- answer the phone promptly and communicate clearly
- act as a Woodhouse brand ambassador maintaining a clean and calming environment
- remember guest preferences such as favorite drinks and special occasions
