Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
- Valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit if required by local laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Must be of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service consistently
Job Qualifications
- Prefer 1 year of bartending experience
- Possess Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Display knowledge of drink recipes and wine merchandising specials
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
- Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Have working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Ensure a clean and organized bar area
- Maintain knowledge of current drink recipes and specials
- Interact with guests to create a memorable and personalized experience
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
