Job Requirements

  • Commitment to Touchmark's values including excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stay on feet for extended periods
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with residents, family, visitors, and team members
  • Availability to work 6 am to 2 pm shift with flexibility for PM shifts and special events

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Commitment to company values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion

Job Duties

  • Prepare breakfast and lunch meals using high-quality ingredients
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Educate residents and team members about healthy food options
  • Maintain the Gold Standard in cooking, food preparation, and presentation
  • Provide excellent hospitality to residents, visitors, and team members
  • Assist with special events and PM shifts as needed
  • Uphold company values in every aspect of work
