Job Requirements
- Commitment to Touchmark's values including excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stay on feet for extended periods
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with residents, family, visitors, and team members
- Availability to work 6 am to 2 pm shift with flexibility for PM shifts and special events
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Positive and professional attitude

Job Duties
- Prepare breakfast and lunch meals using high-quality ingredients
- Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Educate residents and team members about healthy food options
- Maintain the Gold Standard in cooking, food preparation, and presentation
- Provide excellent hospitality to residents, visitors, and team members
- Assist with special events and PM shifts as needed
- Uphold company values in every aspect of work
