Job Requirements
- Commitment to Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stay on feet for long periods
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with residents, family, visitors, and team members
- Available to work 6am-2pm, with flexibility for PM shifts and special events
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior kitchen or culinary experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to work efficiently alone and in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for cooking and commitment to quality
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch meals
- Maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation
- Educate residents and team members about healthy food options
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and safety
- Participate in special events and PM shifts as needed
- Uphold Touchmark's core values in all culinary tasks
