Job Duties
- Assist the Food Service Helper in Charge with food preparation and daily operations of the school cafeteria
- Prepare food for students and serve meals
- Wash student and staff trays and dishes
- Clean and sanitize all work surfaces and equipment
- Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system and perform simple math to balance a cash drawer
- Meet deadlines with severe time constraints
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Food Service Helper in Charge or Food Service Director
