Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or similar role is an advantage
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work the specified evening shift Tuesday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, perform factory reset to clear prior customer data, check for customer items and manage Lost & Found, verify registration
- Check fluid levels and add as needed, check tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns, report warning lights or damage, pull vehicle out of prep processing if necessary
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
- Assist customers when needed, may transport customers to and from branches
- Maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interior and exterior of branch locations
- Perform site appearance duties such as cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, and sweeping the lot
