Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- warehouse, operations, or transportation experience preferred but not required
- ability to prioritize and work independently with good organizational and time management skills
- strong knowledge of applicable computer system functions and RF systems
- working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ability to interact with all departments and all levels of management
- good judgment and reliability

- understands procedures in other areas of the warehouse for a more global understanding of all processes

- good judgment is required as there may be times when direct supervision is not immediately available
Job Duties
- Coordinates check-in of inbound drivers and processes paperwork
- handles purchase order discrepancies and closes out purchase orders for receiving
- prints and collates order labels and invoices for shipping and receiving
- distributes daily selection orders and advanced shipping notices to selectors and receivers
- performs repack quality audits for shipping
- tracks and files orders in the computer system
- performs miscellaneous clerical duties such as running computer reports, filing, maintaining computer spreadsheets, copying and routing incoming calls to appropriate area
- maintains a clean, shared workspace
- performs all relevant duties as required
