Job Requirements
- Warehouse, operations, or transportation experience preferred but not required
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with good organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of applicable computer system functions and RF systems
- Understands procedures in other areas of the warehouse for a more global understanding of all processes
- Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to interact with all departments and all levels of management
- Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available

- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Understanding of warehouse procedures
- Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to interact with all departments and levels of management
- Good judgment and ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Coordinates check-in of inbound drivers and processes paperwork
- Handles purchase order discrepancies and closes out purchase orders for receiving
- Prints and collates order labels and invoices for shipping and receiving
- Distributes daily selection orders and advanced shipping notices to selectors and receivers
- Performs repack quality audits for shipping
- Tracks and files orders in the computer system
- Performs miscellaneous clerical duties such as running computer reports, filing, maintaining computer spreadsheets, copying and routing incoming calls to the appropriate area
- Maintains a clean, shared workspace
- Performs all relevant duties as required
