Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must comply with IHOP uniform and appearance standards
- Ability to handle cash and maintain accuracy

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, courteous service to all guests

- Stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Comply with SOP methods and safety regulations
- Follow uniform and appearance standards
- Perform assigned tasks from management
